Excellent for the price. Cool in hot weather. Sweet, I stayed an extra night. They gave me a discount as I was alone but booked a double, I did/would not have asked. Just right.

The location of this place is wonderful, near the southwest coast of Ile d'Oleron and an old tennis court.

We had a nice experience with the motel and its surroundings although the pool was more reliable for a swim than the beach.

All rooms on ground floor, chalet type, some facing pool and others facing gardens or sea. Rooms clean with en suite bathroom and LG t.v sets in bedroom - good range of t.v channels. Motel is in quiet area with private, free parking, swimming pool heated to 70° which was lovely, sauna, tennis, laundry available on site. Basic but adequate breakfast in price of room. Staff very helpful. All rooms have mini fridge which is big plus factor. Easy walk into La Cotiniere with good fish restaurants, shope and bars. Will definitely stay here again.

There were a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The breakfast was savoury and tasty and the ambience was special. The location was great and fab for traveling around La Cotiniere, so close to the beach, which is about 100 meters away as well as the ocean side...

I recently had an amazing stay at a charming motel in an idyllic location with breathtaking ocean views. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had a basic yet comfortable feel. I absolutely loved the huge sliding patio doors that opened up to the sea, allowing me to enjoy the mesmerizing view from my private verandah. Watching the fishing boats leave La Cotiniere port at night was truly magical. During the day, I had the option to relax by the clean swimming pool or play a game of tennis on the ancient tennis court. There was even a table tennis room for some added fun. The motel was conveniently located, only a short 15-minute stroll into the port where there were plenty of seafood restaurants to choose from. Many of the rooms overlooked the dunes leading to the beach, and there were large barbeques for communal use. I enjoyed cooking meals with fresh ingredients from the local markets. The motel also catered to babies and had interconnecting rooms available. I've been lucky enough to stay at this motel three times over the years, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this wonderful motel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay with beautiful ocean views.

Excellent staff, nothing too much trouble. Great location and plenty of outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed using the Barbeque facilities and the tennis court. A great weekend bolt hole for us.
Lack of privacy, noise transference was high from the adjoining rooms. Breakfast, although inclusive in the price, was limited in choice. Hopeless if one is on a wheatfree diet. I would rather pay a little extra and have a choice of fruits, cold meats and eggs, cheese etc.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the beautiful south west coast of Ile d'Oleron. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beach with amazing ocean views. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchen that comes in handy for preparing meals with fresh produce from the local markets. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making sure that all your needs are met. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the sliding patio doors that open up to a private verandah. And to top it off, the breakfast is included in the room price, offering a nice start to the day.
Everything was perfect.
